– SIIVFEKL TFA is a variant of the principal MHC class I-restricted epitope, SIINFEKL. This antigenic peptide stimulates specific T cells in experimental settings to study competitive interactions among T cells. SIIVFEKL TFA exhibits lower affinity for the OT-I T cell receptor (TCR) and can be utilized to detect CD8+ T cells.
