– PLGA (75:25) is a low-toxicity carrier with biocompatibility and biodegradability, designed for the controlled release of active molecules and achieving sustained release within biological systems. Composed of 75% polylactic acid (PLA) and 25% polyglycolic acid (PGA), PLGA (75:25) has been extensively utilized in the research of delivering active molecules, proteins, and various macromolecules such as DNA, RNA, and peptides.
