Product Description

– m-PEG-OH (MW 1000) serves as a macromolecular initiator, facilitating the synthesis of amphiphilic block copolymers. These copolymers are utilized to create nanoscale micelles for delivering active drugs. When hydrophobic anti-cancer agent Paclitaxel (HY-B0015) is encapsulated within these micelles, it demonstrates enhanced activity against cancer cells compared to free Paclitaxel. Additionally, it predominantly accumulates in tumor tissues, with only limited distribution in healthy organs.
