– D-Ala-Lys-AMCA TFA is a proton-coupled oligopeptide transporter 1 (PEPT1) substrate known for emitting blue fluorescence. Fluorescence analysis has shown that this compound can be transported into liver cancer cells and Caco-2 cells. It is useful for characterizing PEPT1-specific substrates or inhibitors [1] [2].
