– Agdia has two positive control options for a DsMV positive control. One option is a lyophilized tissue control, LPC 48000. The other is a lyophilzed synthetic control, CPC 48000.
The tissue positive control for DsMV is a lyophilized positive control derived from naturally infected tissue and manufactured to serve as a positive control with our DsMV ELISA.
The synthetic positive control for DsMV is a synthetically produced material, not derived from plant tissue, designed to specifically react with antibodies used in our DsMV ELISA. This control is not recommended for use in molecular applications.
