– Agdia has two positive control options for a ZYMV positive control. One option is a lyophilized tissue control, LPC 77700. The other is a lyophilzed synthetic control, CPC 77700.
The tissue positive control for ZYMV is a lyophilized positive control derived from naturally infected tissue and manufactured to serve as a positive control with our ZYMV ELISA.
The synthetic positive control for ZYMV is a synthetically produced material, not derived from plant tissue, designed to specifically react with antibodies used in our ZYMV ELISA. This control is not recommended for use in molecular applications.
