– TargetMol’s Oligo (dT) magnetic beads are capable of complementary pairing with the Poly A sequence in the tail of eukaryotic mRNA by covalently coupling Oligo (dT) to the surface. Oligo (dT) magnetic beads enable efficient and rapid isolation of intact, high-purity mRNA from eukaryotic total RNA or directly from plant and animal tissues or cell lysates. mRNA extracted is suitable for a wide range of molecular biology experiments, such as RT-PCR, solid-phase cDNA library construction, RACE and Northern blot.
