– Nafamostat hydrochloride, a synthetic serine protease inhibitor, is an anticoagulant. Nafamostat hydrochloride supresses T cell auto-reactivity by decreasing granzyme activity and CTL cytolysis. Nafamostat hydrochloride blocks activation of SARS-CoV-2.[1][2][3][4].
