– m-PEG-OH (MW 10000) serves as a macromolecular initiator in the synthesis of amphiphilic block copolymers, which can be used to create nanoscale micelles for delivering active drugs. These micelles encapsulate the hydrophobic anticancer agent Paclitaxel (HY-B0015) and exhibit greater efficacy in killing cancer cells compared to free Paclitaxel. Moreover, they preferentially accumulate in tumor tissues while having limited distribution in healthy organs.
