– III-31-C is a (hydroxyethyl)urea γ-secretase inhibitor. It reduces the production of Aऔ, with an IC50 of 10 nM in cell-free γ-secretase assays and 200 nM in APP-transfected cells. III-31-C is applicable for Alzheimer’s disease research.
