This product is suitable for antigen samples from cell lysates, cell culture supernatants, serum, ascites, etc. Nanobody is a class of variable region fragments (VHH) of natural heavy chain antibodies derived from camelids (e.g. llamas, alpacas), which are the smallest known natural functional antibody structural units, usually only about 12-15 kDa, one-tenth of the size of traditional IgG antibodies. Nanoantibodies are smaller than traditional IgG antibodies, have higher affinity, no interference from light and heavy chains, can be closer to the target protein epitopes and reduce the spatial site resistance, and at the same time, are not easy to be detached, and the elution conditions are mild, so that they can maintain higher biological activity on the samples.
