This product is suitable for antigen samples from cell lysates, cell culture supernatants, serum, ascites, etc. Nanobody is a class of variable region fragments (VHH) of natural heavy chain antibodies derived from camelids (e.g. llamas, alpacas), which are the smallest known natural functional antibody structural units, usually only about 12-15 kDa, one-tenth of the size of traditional IgG antibodies.
