Product Description
– DNA Gyrase-IN-11 (Compound 23Be) is an inhibitor of protein synthesis (IC50 of 0.74 μM) and DNA replication. It specifically targets and inhibits DNA Gyrase (DNA Gyrase), which suppresses the supercoiling of DNA in E. coli with an IC50 of 11.9 μM. Moreover, DNA Gyrase-IN-11 exhibits antibacterial activity against Streptococcus pneumoniae, Streptococcus pyogenes, Haemophilus influenzae, and Staphylococcus aureus, with minimum inhibitory concentrations (MIC) ranging from 0.008 to 0.25 μg/mL.
