– Cy5-UTP is a substrate for terminal deoxynucleotidyl transferase (TdT). Cy5-UTP can be used to lable RNA probes through in vitro transcription (Excitation/Emission: 650/665 nm). Cy5-labeled mRNA emits orange fluorescence[1][2].
