– CL845-PAB-Ala-Val-PEG4-Azide is a conjugatable STING ligand， it is synthesized from the proprietary cyclic dinuleotide HY-148679 CL845. CL845-PAB-Ala-Val-PEG4-Azide can be used for bioconjugation. CL845-PAB-Ala-Val-PEG4-Azide is a click chemistry reagent, it contains an Azide group and can undergo copper-catalyzed azide-alkyne cycloaddition reaction (CuAAc) with molecules containing Alkyne groups. Strain-promoted alkyne-azide cycloaddition (SPAAC) can also occur with molecules containing DBCO or BCN groups.
