– Amidate-VC-PAB-MMAF consists a cleavable ADC linker (Amidate-VC-PAB) and a potent tubulin polymerization inhibitor (MMAF). Amidate-VC-PAB-MMAF can be used in the synthesis of antibody-drug conjugates (ADCs). Amidate-VC-PAB-MMAF reduces off-target cytotoxicity of ADCs[1].
