– Photoclick sphingosine (Pacsph) is a photosensitive and clickable analog of sphingosine. Once inside cells, it is metabolized into the endogenous lipid metabolic pathways and can be visualized via its clickable alkyne group. This compound is useful for studying intracellular sphingolipid metabolism and subcellular localization.
