– Tri-GalNAc-DBCO can bind to the desialic acid glycoprotein receptor (ASGPR) to drive protein downregulation and target protein degradation, where GalNAc is a high-affinity ligand for hepatocyte-specific ASGPR[1]. Tri-GalNAc-DBCO is a click chemistry reagent, it contains a DBCO group that can undergo strain-promoted alkyne-azide cycloaddition (SPAAC) with molecules containing Azide groups.
