It selectively degrades BET protein in castration-resistant cells with a DC50 <1 nM. Recognized as VHL ligand 2 hydrochloride, it serves as the VHL ligand from (S,R,S)-AHPC for recruiting von Hippel-Lindau (VHL) protein.
