DEAE maintains a high and stable protein binding capacity in the pH 3-12 range. TargetMol Magrose Beads DEAE offer fast magnetic responsiveness, abundant ion exchange and high protein binding capacity. They eliminate the need for multiple high speed centrifugations and membrane filtration of crude protein samples, flow rate control, and expensive chromatography equipment.
