Product Description
– GS-9770, an orally active HIV protease inhibitor, demonstrates a K i of 0.16 nM. It shows potent antiviral activity against both HIV-1 and HIV-2 strains, with EC 50 values ranging from 1.9 to 26 nM. GS-9770 is metabolically stable in human liver microsomes and displays favorable pharmacokinetic properties in Sprague Dawley rats.
