– Galcuronokinase (AtGalAK) is a member of the GHMP kinase family. Galcuronokinase (AtGalAK) catalyzes the ATP-dependent conversion of alpha-d-galacturonic acid (d-GalA) to alpha-d-galacturonic acid-1-phosphate (GalA-1-P)[1].
