– DG 381B (11-Deoxyglycyrrhetinic acid) has anti-inflammatory and potential anticancer activities, significantly inhibiting gastric cancer cell viability in a dose- and time-dependent manner. It induces apoptosis and G2 cell cycle arrest by upregulating p21 and downregulating cdc2 and cyclin B1 in gastric cancer cells.
