– Concanavalin A-AF488 (Con A-AF488) is an AF488-labeled form of Concanavalin A, a plant lectin that binds to mannose and glucose in a Ca2+/Mn2+-dependent manner. This compound can also bind to the N- and O-glycosylated proteins of glycoproteins found in head and neck cancer cells.
