– CCP-biotin peptide (non-cyclized) is a biotin-labeled linear form of cyclic citrullinated peptide (CCP), designed for the detection of anti-citrullinated protein antibodies (ACPAs), which may recognize its linear structure. This peptide corresponds to amino acids 447-467 of human filaggrin (UniProt ID: P20930) and includes Q447H, S449C, G459R, E460G, and S462C substitutions, with citrullination at arginine 455.
