– BODIPY FL DHPE, a green-fluorescent phospholipid probe, specifically targets and labels the lipid 1,2-dihexadecanoyl-sn-glycero-phosphoethanolamine (DHPE). When labeled, these liposomes can subsequently be internalized through membrane fusion. This compound is particularly useful for studying both membrane surfaces and the process of membrane fusion. (λ ex =505 nm, λ em =511 nm) [1].
