– BODIPY 650/665 NHS ester is a far-red fluorescent dye, known for its brightness, that primarily labels the primary amines (R-NH2) of proteins, amine-modified oligonucleotides, and other amine-containing molecules [1]. The dye’s excitation and emission maxima are 646 nm and 660 nm, respectively.
