– Anemoside A3-methyl 6-aminohexanoate (Compound A3-6), a derivative of Pulchinenoside C (Anemoside B4), exhibits potent inhibition of pyruvate carboxylase (PC) with an IC 50 of 0.058 μM. It also reprograms macrophage function and alleviates DSS-induced colitis by inhibiting the NF-κB and NLRP3 inflammasome pathways. Compared to Anemoside B4, Anemoside A3-methyl 6-aminohexanoate demonstrates moderate in vivo pharmacokinetic properties.
