Product Description

– γ-Acetylenic GABA (4-Aminohex-5-ynoic acid) is an irreversible inhibitor of GABA-transaminase. γ-Acetylenic GABA can increase the concentration of GABA in rat brain[1][2][3]. γ-Acetylenic GABA is a click chemistry reagent, it contains an Alkyne group and can undergo copper-catalyzed azide-alkyne cycloaddition (CuAAc) with molecules containing Azide groups.
