Product Description
– BODIPY 493/503 NHS ester is a widely used reagent for conjugating this dye to proteins or antibodies. The NHS ester reacts with primary amines (R-NH2) of proteins, amine-modified oligonucleotides, and other amine-containing molecules. The resulting BODIPY 493/503 conjugates exhibit bright fluorescence, narrow emission bandwidth, and relatively long excited-state lifetimes, which are suitable for fluorescence polarization assays and two-photon excitation (TPE) microscopy. Ex/Em(nm) = 496/508.
