– Cy5.5-N3, a Cy5.5-azide, is a fluorescent dye employed in cell imaging through click chemistry. It contains an azide group that can undergo copper-catalyzed azide-alkyne cycloaddition (CuAAC) with molecules containing alkyne groups. Additionally, it participates in strain-promoted azide-alkyne cycloaddition (SPAAC) with molecules possessing DBCO or BCN groups.
