– NUN 89065, also known as N-(Azido-PEG2)-N-Fluorescein-PEG4-acid, is a fluorescein dye derivative featuring terminal azido and carboxylic acid groups. The azido group facilitates PEGylation through click chemistry, while the carboxylic acid group can react with primary amines in the presence of activators (e.g., EDC or DCC) to form stable amide bonds.
