– Angiotensin II/BSA is an antigen-adjuvant conjugate composed of Angiotensin II and bovine serum albumin (BSA). This conjugate enhances the production of antigen-specific antibodies in vaccine models by linking the antigen to a protein adjuvant. It does not alter protein folding or disrupt major epitopes, while improving cross-presentation and the generation of antigen-specific T cells.
