– TAT-MKK3b is a peptide inhibitor of p38 and can inhibit the phosphorylation of p38. It has renal targeting capabilities, is effective in scavenging reactive oxygen species (ROS), and can alleviate ferroptosis (ferroptosis). TAT-MKK3b may improve acute kidney injury and its progression to chronic kidney disease.
