Additionally, Vasculotide TFA promotes angiogenesis in murine models of diabetic ulcers and protects mice from vascular leakage, reducing mortality in models of abdominal sepsis. It also reduces microvascular leakage and improves microcirculatory perfusion in rat models of hemorrhagic shock.
