This compound can undergo a copper-catalyzed azide-alkyne cycloaddition reaction (CuAAc) with molecules featuring an alkyne group. It is also capable of engaging in strain-promoted alkyne-azide cycloaddition (SPAAC) with molecules containing DBCO or BCN groups.
