– BODIPY TMR NHS ester is a bright orange fluorescent dye with Ex/Em of 544/570 nm. The NHS ester (or succinimidyl ester) of BODIPY TMR NHS ester is commonly used for conjugating the dye to proteins or antibodies. NHS esters can label the primary amines (R-NH2) of proteins, amine-modified oligonucleotides, and other amine-containing molecules [1].
