Product Description

– Neuraminidase-IN-13 (Compound 10) is a neuraminidase inhibitor with antiviral activity and low cytotoxicity. Neuraminidase-IN-13 significantly inhibits NDV infection of Vero cells by preventing the release of viral particles from infected cells[1]. Neuraminidase-IN-13 is a click chemistry reagent, it contains an Azide group and can undergo copper-catalyzed azide-alkyne cycloaddition reaction (CuAAc) with molecules containing Alkyne groups. Strain-promoted alkyne-azide cycloaddition (SPAAC) can also occur with molecules containing DBCO or BCN groups.
