– Neomycin C a major active isomeric components of the Neomycin complex. Neomycin, is a 2-DOS-containing aminoglycoside, consisting of neomycin A, neomycin B, and neomycin C. Neomycin CÂ is approximately half as active as neomycin B[1][2].
