– Lysyl hydroxylase 2-IN-2 (compound 13) is a potent Lysyl hydroxylase 2 (LH2) inhibitor, with the IC50 of approximately 500 nM. Lysyl hydroxylase 2-IN-2 inhibits the migration in 344SQ WT cells, but not impedes the migration of the same cell line with an LH2 knockout cells[1].
