Product Description
– Flurocitabine (5-Fluorocyclocytidine) is a fluorinated anlydride analog of cytosine arabinoside, partially hydrolysecl in vivo into two active antitumor substances (arabinosyl-tluorocytosine (ara-FC) and arabinosyl-fluorouracil (ara-FU)). Flurocitabine (5-Fluorocyclocytidine) has antitumor activity during phase I studies in acute leukemia and solid tumors[1].
