– Deoxyfusapyrone is an antifungal alpha-pyrone from Fusarium semitectum. Deoxyfusapyrone shows a strong antibiotic activity towards Geotrichum candidum in disk diffusion assays, but is not toxic to Artemia salina larvae[1].
