Corydalmine hydrochloride acts as an oral analgesic agent, exhibiting potent analgesic activity[2]. Corydalmine hydrochloride alleviates Vincristine-induced neuropathic pain in mice by inhibiting an NF-κB-dependent CXCL1/CXCR2 signaling pathway[3].
