Product Description
– Clorsulon (L631529; MK401) is an orally active flukicidal agent against liver flukes (Fasciola hepatica and Fasciola gigantica) infections in calves and sheep. Clorsulon is also a competitive inhibitor of both 3-phosphoglycorate and ATP andinhibits glucose utilization and acetate and propionate formation by mature Fasciola hepatica in vitro[1][2].
