CB 300919 has a continuous exposure (96 h) growth inhibition IC50 value of 2 nM in human CH1 ovarian tumor xenograft[1]. CB 300919 is a click chemistry reagent, it contains an Alkyne group and can undergo copper-catalyzed azide-alkyne cycloaddition (CuAAc) with molecules containing Azide groups.
