Product Description

– Azt-pmap, a nucleoside analogue, is an aryl phosphate derivative of AZT. Azt-pmap shows anti-HIV activity[1]. AZT is a nucleoside reverse transcriptase inhibitor (NRTI) for HIV infection[2]. Azt-pmap is a click chemistry reagent, it contains an Azide group and can undergo copper-catalyzed azide-alkyne cycloaddition reaction (CuAAc) with molecules containing Alkyne groups. Strain-promoted alkyne-azide cycloaddition (SPAAC) can also occur with molecules containing DBCO or BCN groups.
