Aprinocarsen sodium is a 20-mer oligonucleotide, it regulates cell differentiation and proliferation. Aprinocarsen sodium inhibits the growth of human tumor cell lines in nude mice. Aprinocarsen sodium shows the value as a chemotherapeutic compound of human cancers[1].
