Antimycin A2c
Products Details
Product Description
– Anticancer agent 141 (compound AE) is an antimycin alkaloid, with inhibitory pottential in HPV infected-cervical cancer. Anticancer agent 141 inhibits cervical cancer HeLa cells proliferation, arrests cell cycle at S phase. Anticancer agent 141 induces caspase dependent apoptosis, via disrupting mitochondrial function, and then activating ROS-mediated ubiquitin-dependent proteasome system, thus mediating E6/E7 oncoproteins degradation[1].
