Products Details

Product Description

– AM-6494 is a potent and orally active BACE1 (efficacious β-site amyloid precursor protein cleaving enzyme 1) inhibitor (IC50=0.4 nM) with in vivo selectivity over BACE2 (IC50=18.6 nM)[1]. AM-6494 is a click chemistry reagent, it contains an Alkyne group and can undergo copper-catalyzed azide-alkyne cycloaddition (CuAAc) with molecules containing Azide groups.
