– FFN246 is a fluorescent, dual substrate of serotonin transporter (SERT) probe and vesicular monoamine transporter 2 (VMAT2) with excitation and emission spectra 392/427 nm. FFN246 can be used for labeling serotonergic neurons in mouse brain tissue through SERT-dependent accumulation[1].
